• Document Data: When you upload documents (PDF, Word, etc.) or enter URLs to use our summarization service, we temporarily process the content of these documents to generate AI summaries. We DO NOT store your original documents or their content after the summarization process is completed.
• Usage Data: We collect non-identifiable data about how you use our Service, including the number of documents processed, the type of functions used (summary, key points, translation), and your device/browser information (e.g., browser type, operating system). This data is used to improve our Service and analyze user behavior.
• Cookies: We use cookies to remember your login status and preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., process document summarization, manage your account, and process payments).

• Document Handling: As mentioned, we do not store your original documents or their content. All document data is temporarily processed and deleted immediately after the AI summarization is completed.
• Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to help us provide and improve our Service. These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase: For data storage and user management. Supabase's privacy policy.
• Zhipu AI / DeepSeek: For AI summarization services. Their privacy policies: Zhipu AI and DeepSeek.
